Data we collect
Through the request form we collect your name, email address and the description of the problem you write. Like any website, the hosting server logs technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and operation.
Why and on what legal basis
We use form data only to reply to you and, if you wish, to carry out the service you ask for (pre-contract steps and contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep tax records of any engagement to meet legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
Payments
Payments are made online through a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your card or account details: the provider handles them directly under its own privacy notice.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Tax records of an engagement are kept for the periods set by law.
Who can see the data
Data is handled by us, by the technical providers hosting the site and email (Register.it hosting) and by the payment provider. We do not sell or pass data to third parties for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no profiling cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts and scripts are hosted on the site itself. Only what is technically needed for WordPress to work may be used.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection by writing to the contact above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
Remote support
During a support session we may see data on your computer. We use it only to solve the problem you asked about, we do not copy it and we do not stay connected afterwards. Businesses that need ongoing service can sign a written data processing agreement.
